Clean room, free wifi, big bathroom, convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable bed.

Nothing, all was good.

The size of the room was just right. The facilities in the room were absolutely excellent - in particular I liked the high quality air conditioning, the kettle, the fridge, the cleanliness, the tv channels available, the bed and the bathroom was almost perfect. There was also a switch which you could press which allowed you to state whether or not you wanted the room to be cleaned that day.

If I had to say anything negative, it would be the very very slight smell from the toilets. Also, if you don't have to get up early, the staff are a little too anxious to clean some aspect of the room, even if you have pressed the "no cleaning" button. However, this is a great hotel, at a very reasonable price.

Staff are very friendly and keep their smile anytime.

Breakfast;There is only one thing for me which is omelet that I can eat on breakfast.There sould be some other things like chesse in the breakfast.I stayed at there 5 nights and there was no cheese in each morning.They sould be arrange some international breakfast in their menus.

Clean, spacious room with comfortable beds and good shower. Friendly staff provided helpful directions and recommendations. Convenient location near metro and market. Enjoyed the daily changing breakfast options. Traditional touches added charm.

We loved the fact that we had free Wi-Fi at the hotel room - that was super convenient. The location of the hotel was good - away from the hustle bustle but had its own night market and grocery market close by. It was also close to the MRT which made it very convenient. My friend and I both loved the breakfast as well! The porridge saved my life when I had a bad stomach. ;)

This hotel provides great value for money, with spacious rooms and all the basic amenities included. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, surrounded by convenient stores and with good nightlife options. The breakfast offers a variety of Asian and some Western food, making it a satisfying start to the day.

Immmediate location lacking in amenities, so you need to take a taxi to reach anywhere in Taipei, but taxis pass frequently in front of the hotel, so no real problem.

This hotel is located in an historical area of Taipei, surrounded by local stores and within walking distance of night markets. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing helpful information and going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable, with ample sunlight and large bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of Asian and Western options, ensuring there is something for everyone's taste.

All was great, no improvements needed.

I greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the MRT, and especially the cleanliness and class of the room. It was definetely value for money and I will go back there next time!

The hotel staff was great! They were very attentive to my food allergy and told me daily which foods were safe for me to eat. They even made me special eggs every day with no dairy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Taipei.

Wir hatten das Glück, in einer sehr schönen Nachbarschaft zu wohnen. Die Lage war top, denn wir waren in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation und konnten so schnell und bequem die Stadt erkunden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, mit einem bequemen Bett und einem großzügigen Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great service from the front desk staff. Very helpful and informative. Provided us with maps, subway maps and directions and help all the time. Excellent service and they spoke English.

The rooms were a little outdated, they could do with an uplift. There was also only 1 lift in the hotel.
